On Friday , we held the first Time to Change Event in any college in Britain! It started in the courtyard around 10:30am until 3pm. Was it interesting? Yes , but also fun! We wanted to start the conversation about mental health. We have all felt at times low , anxious, even desperate.... It’s not easy to talk or share these feelings , is it? Different when we have a sore throat or headache?

Time to Change brought in a pop up village, with cinema (and free popcorn!), a Zen zone, spray tattoos, play stations and lots of chances to talk and find out more....

There was an Open Mike session with sets played by college bands Equanimity and Feared Wish, poetry and drama. Chloe Barley raised £86.50 with her raffle for Mind. Congratulations to all involved!
