As part of King Edward’s celebration of Black History Month, KomalHussain and friends have organised a Bhangra Dance in the courtyard, henna painting, displays and wonderful homemade samosas!  Black History Month is an international event held every October across the world to celebrate Black and Asian history. We have celebrated many cultures over the month and learnt about many influential Black and Asian people both from the past and present. King Edwards is extremely proud of the diversity of the college which adds to the richness of experiences for both staff and students alike. Respect, Equality and celebrating diversity is central to everything we do at King Edwards.
