Applying for a bus pass

Passes are available for travel by bus, train and metro. Visit National Express West Midlands for details of available passes and current prices.

If you require a 16-18 photocard, visit Reception to fill out an application form. Bring one passport sized photo with you.

If you are over 18 years of age, you will not be eligible for a photocard. No refund will be given to those who apply and are then charged at the full rate.
